Job Summary
Conduct community-based, face-to-face clinical assessments and provide rapid crisis response to children, adults, and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in active states of crisis. Operate as a first responder across community settings including homes, schools, hospitals, and jails, delivering stabilization skills for behavioral health conditions and autism spectrum disorder. Maintain a valid Georgia mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMSW, or LAPC) and CPR certification while driving 100% mobile shifts Sunday through Saturday from 12pm to 10pm. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and one to two years of clinical behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in mental health in the state of Georgia
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Master's degree from an accredited school
- Valid license in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Associate level license (LAPC, LAMFT, and LMSW)
- CPR certification
- One to two years' clinical behavioral health experience
- Experience in assessment, crisis intervention and stabilization skills
- Familiarity with mental health, addictive disease, and Intellectual or Developmental disability service delivery system
- Ability to respond quickly, professionally, and compassionately
- 100% mobile response capability
- Ability to drive in a car for the duration of their assigned shift
- Ability to drive at any time of day or night
- Ability to drive safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive
- Ability to drive in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
