Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor to launch or expand a private practice leveraging Headway’s platform. Credentialing across multiple states, accepting insurance with in-network plans, and utilizing Headway’s built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, and end-to-end documentation templates. Bi-weekly payments, plus access to CEUs through Headway Academy. Must be fully licensed (LMHC/LPCMH/LIMHP) with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance; can grow practice by taking insurance with Headway’s support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness to launch or grow a private practice and accept insurance
- Ability to credential for insurance networks (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
- Ability to work with Headway platform for scheduling, documentation, and client communications
- Must be fully licensed to practice in applicable states
