Job Summary
Conduct in-person therapy sessions for adolescents, teens, and adults specializing in trauma, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as IFS, EMDR, or BSP. Deliver care within a Christian worldview framework, building long-term client relationships averaging 10+ sessions per patient. Maintain weekly group supervision attendance on Wednesdays and commit to evening blocks or Saturday availability to support caseload development. Join a faith-driven team focused on healing and restoration, supported by robust administrative resources and tiered compensation based on licensure and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Active CO license: LPC or LMFT
- Formal training and working towards certification in at least one of the following: IFS, BSP, EMDR
- A strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
- Experience and passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults with trauma
- Alignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith
- Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
- A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fills
- Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
- Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in other evidence-based and trauma informed modalities
- Training in working with adolescents and/or children
- Experience working with neurodivergent clients
