Job Summary
Conduct classroom observations and promote positive social-emotional development for young children, families, and educators. Support staff with developmental screenings like ASQ:SE and DECA, then create individualized intervention plans. Provide consultation on behavioral and developmental needs while participating in multidisciplinary reviews, parent conferences, and trainings. Maintain accurate documentation in ChildPlus and assist with referrals and community service coordination. Work on-site two days weekly (8:30 AM–3:30 PM) with flexible remote hours for meetings. Required Qualifications
- Active Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Specialized experience in infant and early childhood mental health
- Strong foundation in early childhood development, trauma-informed care, and family-centered practices
- Proficient in tools such as ASQ:SE, DECA, PSI, and ChildPlus
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- On-site 2 days/week (8:30 AM–3:30 PM) + flexible remote hours for meetings, documentation, and consultation
