Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support client success. Provide hands-on training and guidance to individuals, families, caregivers, and staff, and consult with schools and agencies to ensure effective service delivery. Support crisis intervention and behavior management within home and community settings, then complete required documentation and monthly service reports. Travel within San Diego County for in-home consultations and participate in monthly clinical meetings. As an independent contractor, you set your own flexible hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnoses
- Strong background in behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis support
- Travel within San Diego County (up to one hour) for in-home consultations
- Participation in at least one monthly clinical meeting
- Independent contractor position
