Job Summary
Licensed behavioral clinician opportunity with Toward Maximum Independence (TMI) in San Diego County. As a Contract Behavioral Consultant, provide FBA and BIP development, hands-on training to individuals, families, and staff, collaborate with schools and funding sources, and support crisis interventions in home and community settings. Independent contractor role with a flexible, self-directed schedule (Monday–Friday) and travel up to 1 hour within San Diego County for in-home consultations. Requires licensure (LCSW/LMFT/PsyD/PhD) or BCBA, experience with developmental disabilities, and strong behavioral- assessment/intervention/crisis skills. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Travel within specified CA locations (Temecula, Hemet, Perris, Corona) with 1 hour travel tolerance, and participation in monthly clinical meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring diagnoses
- Strong background in behavioral assessment, intervention, and crisis support
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
