Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Clinician needed to join Central City Concern's integrated care team in Portland, OR. Provide assessments, diagnoses, counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning within an integrated care model that combines mental health, addiction treatment, medical care, and housing supports. Collaborate with medical teams, housing providers, and community supports; engage in outreach, care coordination, and recovery navigation. Ideal candidates have licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with CADC preferred, experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, crisis work, and strong collaborative, non-judgmental clinical approaches. Requires credentialing and privileging per agency policies; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license preferred; willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screening and background checks. Union-represented AFSCME role with comprehensive benefits and paid time off.
