Job Summary
Licensed Medicare Sales Representative to evaluate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage and Supplements. Manage inbound/outbound warm leads, educate clients on Medicare options, guide enrollment, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet/exceed goals. Requires Life & Health license, AHIP, bilingual Spanish, an Associate degree, 3+ years of sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. Remote work may be negotiable if distance from Brentwood office exceeds 50 miles; typical schedule is Mon-Fri in-office with base hourly pay plus monthly incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health license in TN (CA a plus)
- Current AHIP certificate
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Associates degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience (call center preferred)
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient communication and customer service ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong interest in the insurance industry
