Job Summary
Licensed Medicare Sales Representative responsible for evaluating client needs and enrolling in Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans, conducting plan reviews, guiding enrollment, educating on eligibility/options, prospecting warm leads, managing inbound/outbound calls, maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting/exceeding sales goals, and utilizing CRM tools; requires Life & Health license, AHIP certification, bilingual Spanish abilities, and 3+ years sales experience in a call-center setting; remote in the U.S. with company-provided training and equipment, plus competitive hourly pay and monthly incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health license in TN, with CA being a plus
- Current AHIP certificate required before starting
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Associates degree in Business or related field
- Job stability and tenure in previous roles
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong interest in the insurance industry is essential
