Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional

Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse patient population. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care. Manage crisis intervention, safety planning, EHR documentation, and participation in case conferences. Provide psychoeducation, support care transitions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
