Job Summary
Provide approximately full-time outpatient mental health services via a 100% remote telehealth program; conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and partner with clients to achieve goals; utilize telehealth platforms and internal tools; bilingual candidates (Spanish) encouraged to apply; compensation includes supervision, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth; position requires MLSW licensure and unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.; schedule Mon-Fri with 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST shifts; no weekends; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Master's level degree and licensure (LMSW or equivalent)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no employer sponsorship needed)
- Ability to work from home with privacy for patient safety/HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Knowledge of treatment planning and assessments
- Proficiency with telehealth software and digital communication tools
