Job Summary
Licensed LMSW or LCSW consultant for The Arc Columbia-Saratoga Preschool Program providing clinical consultation to preschool staff and interdisciplinary teams; ~20 hours per week, 2–3 days, $75 per hour, flexible schedule. Responsibilities include clinical consultation and support to staff and families, addressing behavioral, social-emotional, and family support needs of children; participate in team meetings, collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families; provide recommendations on child development, behavior management, and family engagement; maintain professional documentation; ensure services comply with regulations and agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current New York State LMSW or LCSW license required.
- Experience working with young children and families preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and social-emotional supports.
- Strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
