Job Summary
Licensed Behavior Analyst (PBIS) position focusing on waiver participants with significant maladaptive behaviors. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing holistic structured treatment plans, and training family members, natural supports, and other providers to implement behavioral strategies. Collaborates with health/mental health professionals to align plans with medical diagnosis and disease progression; regularly reassesses effectiveness and makes necessary adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as Licensed Master Social Worker
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments
- Experience in developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
