Job Summary
Licensed Behavior Analyst specializing in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to support waiver participants. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop holistic structured treatment plans, and train family members, natural supports, and other providers to implement behavioral strategies. Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and collaborate with health or mental health professionals to align plans with medical diagnoses and disease progression. Part-time role requiring collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve community integration and quality of life for individuals with significant behavioral challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in accordance with state requirements
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
