Job Summary
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with focus on PBIS and Medicaid waiver programs. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop holistic structured behavioral treatment plans, and train family members, natural supports, and other providers to implement behavioral strategies. Regularly reassess treatment plan effectiveness and collaborate with health/mental health professionals to align with medical diagnosis and disease progression.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker in accordance with state requirements
