Job Summary
Licensed Massage Therapist position at Equinox Downtown San Diego focusing on a multimodal approach to manual therapy (deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages) and movement science. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, creating programmatic treatment plans, ensuring the treatment room is kept clean, remaining compliant with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms/waivers/SOAP notes, and building a client base through new business development and client retention. Evening and weekend availability are required; positions available part-time and full-time. Ideal candidate has a CA license/certification, strong understanding of anatomy and movement as it relates to soft tissue manipulation, excellent collaboration and communication skills, computer literacy, and a positive, ethical mindset.
