Job Summary
Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching Techniques, etc.). Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided. Full and Part-Time positions available. Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage. The NOW Massage emphasizes a health-and-wellness culture, offering flexible scheduling with availability for evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include sharing the healing power of touch to inspire and transform clients, delivering massage therapy, and maintaining a high-quality guest experience. The role requires licensure/certification in the state of practice, and availability during prime earning periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical stamina for extended standing and room-reset tasks.
Required Qualifications
- License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
- Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
