Job Summary
Licensed Massage Therapist responsible for performing 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional setting; analyze client needs and create programmatic treatment plans; ensure room cleanliness after each treatment and comply with state regulatory requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes; provide high-quality service with emphasis on movement science and body mechanics; maintain professionalism and confidentiality, demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, and be available for evening and weekend shifts; opportunities for growth include elevated compensation packages for licensed therapists with experience, and access to a supportive Equinox team and member community.
