Job Summary
Licensed Massage Therapist PT at Hand and Stone in the Charlotte Rivergate location. Earn up to $45/hour plus tips with a flexible, supportive environment. Responsibilities include designing treatment plans tailored to each client, delivering an excellent guest experience with a friendly, helpful attitude, and promoting member referrals and memberships to grow clientele. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Requirements include adherence to state licensing laws, carrying liability insurance, and effective communication with clients, spa management, and staff. Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required, with other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred; Hand and Stone provides training in all modalities. Belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork is essential.
