Job Summary
Licensed Massage Therapist to design and deliver client-centered massage therapy sessions at Hand and Stone in Stone Oak. Responsible for creating treatment plans tailored to each guest’s needs, delivering a high-quality spa experience with a friendly, professional demeanor, maintaining clean therapy rooms and common areas, and adhering to licensing regulations. Swedsh massage expertise is required, with additional modalities optional and trainable on-site. The role provides benefits including flexible scheduling, CEU opportunities, supplies provided, and a monthly complimentary massage or facial. The candidate should be licensed to practice massage therapy, capable of communicating effectively with clients and staff, and committed to the healing benefits of massage.
Required Qualifications
- State licensing laws and regulations
- Liability insurance (we provide at a very low discounted rate)
- Effective communication with clients, spa management, and staff
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage
- Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue) but not required
- Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members
- Belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
