Job Summary
Design specific treatment plans based on client needs and create an excellent experience through a friendly attitude. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships while maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms. Provide Swedish massage and other modalities with all supplies provided. Work evenings and at least one weekend day each week. Adhere to state licensing laws and carry liability insurance. Join a national franchise culture focused on diversity, inclusivity, and continuous education with 12 CEU credits for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must carry liability insurance.
- Must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day each week.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
