Job Summary
Design specific treatment plans based on client needs while delivering advanced services including Swedish, hot stone, and sports modalities. Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly attitude, generate new clientele via referrals and memberships, and maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms. Adhere to state licensing laws, carry liability insurance, and communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- 2 years experience
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
- Must carry liability insurance
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Swedish and other various modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue)
- Positive attitude
- Advanced Services experience (Himalayan Salt Stone, Hot Stone, Cupping, CBD Oil, Reiki, Sports, Contrast Therapy, Oncology, spa services and other modalities)
- Continuing education training experience
