Job Summary
Deliver safe, effective, medically informed, and trauma-informed massage therapy tailored to patients with chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, and complex comorbidities. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, acupuncturists, and behavioral health specialists. Maintain meticulous, timely SOAP notes and clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record system while ensuring the treatment room meets all medical sanitation and infection control standards. Provide culturally humble care to patients navigating complex life circumstances under the supervision of the IPMP Director. The part-time schedule includes Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, totaling 10-12 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $80.00 to $100.00 hourly based on experience. Active and unrestricted Texas Massage Therapist licensure is required, with a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
