Job Summary
Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs while maintaining an active massage license and carrying liability insurance. Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience by following our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, and participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars. Work 30 service hours weekly with an uncapped commission structure and same-day tip payouts.
