Job Summary
Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals using evidence-based approaches like CBT, the Unified Protocol, ACT, DBT, and EMDR. Track patient progress via digital assessments and collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care. Maintain documentation using our AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR while managing a minimum availability of 9 hours per week across at least 2 days. Opt into specialized tracks including Suicide Prevention (with free CAMS training), Teen Therapy, and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Work as a 1099 contractor with steady referrals and flexible scheduling from Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions
- Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents
- Multi-state licensure
