Job Summary
Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adult and child/adolescent populations in a 100% outpatient setting at our Southlake office. Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services in a modern facility with full administrative support. Maintain a strong work-life balance while growing professionally within our fastest-growing behavioral health practice group. Earn above-market compensation with unlimited earnings potential, capped bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Fully licensed LMFTs in Texas are required to join this hybrid role.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed LMFT in the State of Texas
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- 100% Outpatient work
