Job Summary
Conduct assessments, brief counseling, group therapy, and individual counseling for patients under supervision. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning, transitional care coordination, and release assessments. Deliver Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Substance Use Disorders and provide education on life skills and coping strategies. Develop treatment plans, document patient progress, and communicate recommendations to care teams. Complete required reports and attend case conferences and trainings. Submit a resume for consideration.
