Job Summary
Deliver individual and couples therapy for adult and child/adolescent populations as a fully licensed therapist in Washington. Manage caseloads across a hybrid model offering in-person and remote flexibility within our new Renton office. Work Monday through Friday with optional weekend coverage under a productivity-based compensation structure ranging from $90,000 to $115,000. Join a clinician team that provides malpractice insurance, CEUs, paid parental leave, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Licensed in Washington State
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and or couples therapy
