Job Summary
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist needed in Washington state to join our clinician team. LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW license holders who are fully licensed and experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations are sought to provide individual and/or couples therapy. Position offers W2 employment with competitive compensation ($90,000-$115,000 annually based on productivity), sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits (including 401K with 4% match), malpractice insurance, CEUs, paid parental leave, and a flexible hybrid work model (in-person and remote) with offices in Sammamish. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends optional; location facilitates commuting with beautiful offices and a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experience delivering individual and/or couples therapy
- Hybrid model with in-person & remote flexibility
