Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with LMFT licensure to join Headway’s private-practice platform remotely. Responsible for launching or expanding a private practice, accepting insurance, and credentialing across multiple states. Headway supports include getting credentialed for free, staying compliant with audit support, and accessing a nationwide network of plans (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid). The platform provides built-in EHR features (real-time scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments), built-in CEUs via Headway Academy, and predictable bi-weekly payments. Applicants must be fully licensed, possess a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance; must be eligible to participate in the Headway network and start taking insurance with ease.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure)
- Master’s level or higher
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Eligible to launch or expand private practice and accept insurance
- Ability to credential for free in multiple states (Headway credentialing)
- Must be fully licensed to practice in permitted jurisdictions
