Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with Master’s level or higher and LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT licensure sought to launch or expand a private practice using Headway’s platform. You’ll start credentialing for free in multiple states, accept insurance, and bill through a nationwide network with built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, assessments, and CEU resources. The role emphasizes growing practice by taking insured clients, credentialing support, compliant operations, predictable bi-weekly payments, and access to top insurance plans. Minimum requirements include full licensure, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. The position supports virtual/telehealth service delivery with options to credential and join a broad insurance network. Please note: Headway cannot support professionals who aren’t fully licensed at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT)
- Master’s level or above
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- willingness to launch or expand private practice and take insurance
- in-network with insurance plans (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
