Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT) with Master’s level or above
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- ability to launch or expand private practice and take insurance
- credentialing for multiple states within ~30 days
- in-network with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
- willingness to operate on Headway platform
- must be fully licensed (as specified)
