Job Summary
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans while collaborating with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in our clinician-designed electronic medical record system and monitor patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Full-time or part-time roles available with customizable hours, including 32-hour and 40-hour weeks, with all administrative responsibilities handled by the company.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
- Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.
- Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.
- History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.
- Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
