Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities (geriatric population) with a focus on depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EMR. Roles include flexible Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities with a 32-hour and 40-hour equivalent work week, sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time, and comprehensive benefits. In-person service delivery at assigned facilities with up to 45 minutes per patient, strong English communication, and adherence to regulatory standards are required. Preferred candidates have experience in geriatric or subacute care and licensure flexibility across LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT, with locations in NJ, NY, PA, or MD.
