Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating emotional and behavioral health conditions (including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline). Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient, collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate clinical documentation within our clinician-designed EHR. Opportunities for full-time or part-time roles with flexible daytime hours, a sign-on bonus for full-time, and CEU reimbursement. Engage in mentorship and ongoing clinical growth while delivering in-person services at assigned facilities. Must be licensed LMFT (license/certification). Support continuous improvement of patient outcomes and regulatory compliance while contributing to a supportive clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state applying for
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance
