Job Summary
Senior Care Therapy seeks Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in SNFs across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Roles offer customizable full-time or part-time schedules, with 32- or 40-hour weeks, in facilities such as sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group psychotherapy, developing evidence-based treatment plans, collaborating with facility staff and families, maintaining timely clinical documentation via an EHR, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Benefits include salary with uncapped FFS bonus opportunities, sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for FT, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match), malpractice insurance, PTO/holidays, and ongoing professional development through SCT University and mentorship. Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state applying for
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities
- English communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in subacute/geriatric healthcare settings
