Job Summary
Provide individual and group psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute or skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in an clinician-designed EHR. Roles offer customizable part-time or full-time opportunities (32- or 40-hour weeks) with a sign-on bonus for full-time employees. No admin tasks or cancellations, CEU reimbursement, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure in the practicing state is required, with in-person service delivery at assigned facilities and adherence to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the applicable state(s)
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities (up to 45 minutes)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Compliance with regulatory standards
