Job Summary
Fully licensed LMFT to launch or expand a private practice via a Headway platform, enabling in-network insurance acceptance with higher rates and faster onboarding. Credentialing across multiple states in ~30 days, access to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid networks, built-in EHR and scheduling tools, secure client messaging, documentation templates, assessments, CEU opportunities, and bi-weekly payments. Must hold LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure, a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance to participate; Headway supports credentialing and ongoing compliance while expanding client access to insured services.
Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at a Masters level or above with LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT licensure (accepted on a state-by-state basis)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ready to launch a private practice or grow existing practice by taking insurance
- Willing to become credentialed for free in multiple states in as little as 30 days
