Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LMFTS, or LCMFT) licensed in applicable states
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Fully licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions
- Ability to launch or expand a private practice and work with insurance networks
- Credentialing in multiple states (Headway supports credentialing) and in-network with major plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
- Wage: Up to $121 per hour; platform delivers bi-weekly payments
- Experience with in-network insurance participation and EHR/tools for private practice
- Knowledge of insurance credentialing processes and HIPAA-compliant client management
- Ability to manage scheduling and documentation within platform
- Commitment to ongoing professional development (CEUs)
