Job Summary
Provide licensed LMFT services remotely via Headway platform while launching or expanding private practice. Credentialing for multiple states in ~30 days to start accepting insurance, with in-network access to plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Manage a practice through Headway’s ecosystem: start taking insurance, built-in compliance and audit support, built-in EHR features (scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments), bi-weekly payments, and access to CEUs through Headway Academy. Must be fully licensed (LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT) with a valid NPI and malpractice insurance; eligible to credential and operate as an in-network provider.
