Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with Master's-level credentialing or higher, LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT licensure, valid NPI, and malpractice insurance. Join Headway to launch or expand a private practice by accepting insurance, credentialing across states, and leveraging Headway’s platform features (EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, assessments). Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Master’s level or above with LMFT/LMFTS/LCMFT licensure (state-by-state accepted)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to launch or grow a private practice
- Willingness to work with insurance networks (in-network) including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
- Credentialing to start taking insurance (free credentialing in multiple states, ~30 days)
- Not currently excluding professionals who are fully licensed
