Credentialing in multiple states within ~30 days, accepting insurance (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid), staying compliant with audit support, leveraging Headway’s built-in EHR and scheduling tools, and receiving bi-weekly payments. Responsibilities include getting credentialed, joining the network with major insurance plans, managing client communications and documentation, and leveraging Headway’s resources (CEUs, Headway Academy) to grow a private practice while delivering covered services.
