Job Summary
Private therapy practice on a fully remote platform. Licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist/PsyD) with 3+ years of counseling experience, holding a Master’s or Doctorate and an independent license, can earn hourly compensation in live sessions (typical range $43–$59/hour) while working from home. Independent contractors receive a health benefit stipend, weekly payments, and access to CEU courses, with insurance and cash-pay clients available. The role emphasizes autonomy over clinical decisions, no overhead fees, and the ability to build a caseload, servicing adults, couples, or teens, in a private, professional home-office setting. Requires US residency, private workspace, liability insurance, reliable internet, and ability to conduct sessions securely. Note: interns or providers requiring supervision are not eligible; certain counseling specialties are excluded.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.)
- U.S. residency, private workspace, reliable internet, and liability insurance
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
- Excellent written communication.
- Must have professional liability insurance.
- Currently residing in the US.
