Job Summary
Remote licensed mental health therapist to provide therapy to adults, couples, or teens via BetterHelp platform; you’ll conduct live sessions, manage a caseload with insurance and cash-pay clients, and maintain autonomy over clinical decisions. Role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field and an independent license, U.S. residency, private workspace, reliable internet, and liability insurance. Expect a flexible schedule with at least 30 hours per week for eligibility of a health benefit stipend, weekly pay, and opportunities for continuing education and career growth. Location is fully remote within the United States with no doors or overhead.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.)
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- U.S. residency, private workspace, reliable internet, and liability insurance
- Currently residing in the US
