Job Summary
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Social Worker needed to diagnose and treat psychological disorders across individuals, couples, families, and children; perform intake assessments; create individualized treatment plans; use evidence-based methods to facilitate group and individual treatments; maintain detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans; conduct regular wellness checks; adhere to licensing standards; manage a minimum caseload of 28 weekly sessions (capped at 32); position offers hybrid scheduling with 2-3 days in person and flexible work-from-home options; Saturday 6-hour shift preferred; located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Licensed as an MFT or Social Worker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
