Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide care for individuals, couples, and families via telehealth or in-person sessions. You’ll have true schedule autonomy, with admin tasks handled by the organization and a team that supports quality care. The role emphasizes a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes, requires adherence to shared standards of care, and involves using EHR, credentialing, billing support, and access to case consultations and CEU resources. Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported, with flexibility to arrange your own office space for in-person care. Licensure in California as LMFT/LCSW/LPC and an active NPI are required, with remote work available.
