Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Conduct licensed marriage and family therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to actively engage clients around clinical measures during visits. Manage client referrals through a best-fit system that aligns specialties with appropriate cases while maintaining consistent standards of care. Operate with full schedule autonomy to determine client volume and session timing, supported by administrative handling of credentialing, billing, claims, and EHR technology. Maintain licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California with a valid NPI, while accessing unlimited case consultations, office hours, and clinical learning opportunities within a nationwide provider network.
