Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Licensed LMFT (or licensed LCSW/LPC) to join Rula as a therapist offering telehealth or in-person sessions with schedule autonomy. Providers will partner with a nationwide network, benefit from admin support (credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, tech), and engage clients using a measurement-informed approach. Responsibilities include delivering compassionate behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining clinical standards, tracking outcomes, participating in case consultations, and leveraging tools and guidance provided by Rula to maximize impact. The role supports remote and in-person sessions, with providers arranging their own office space for in-person care and benefiting from ongoing clinical learning opportunities and CEU resources.
