Clinicians determine caseload and scheduling, while the organization supplies a nationwide referral network, administrative backing, and access to CEU resources. Responsibilities include maintaining quality care by engaging clients with clinical measures during visits, reviewing results, and utilizing available tools and guidance to optimize treatment impact. Location is Springfield, MA with options for in-person or telehealth delivery; remote/hybrid arrangements may be available based on client needs and clinician preference.
