Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)/other licensed mental health professionals needed for remote telehealth practice in Washington. 1099 contractor model with no minimum caseload and schedule autonomy. Compensation is hourly (LMHC: $80 per 53-minute session) with guaranteed pay via direct deposit and coverage protections for no-shows/late cancellations/claims. Responsibilities emphasize delivering high-quality client care with administrative support handled by the company, including credentialing assistance, insurance processing, billing, claims, and EHR. Required Qualifications
